KsAl Cloud ("KsAl Cloud") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is KsAl Cloud's policy, in appropriate circumstances and at its discretion, to disable and/or terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe or are repeatedly charged with infringing the copyrights or other intellectual property rights of others.
If you believe that your copyright or other intellectual property rights have been infringed upon, please provide KsAl Cloud's designated agent with the following information:
A physical or electronic signature of a person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, or, if multiple copyrighted works at a single online site are covered by a single notification, a representative list of such works at that site.
Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit KsAl Cloud to locate the material.
Information reasonably sufficient to permit KsAl Cloud to contact the complaining party, such as an address, telephone number, and, if available, an electronic mail address at which the complaining party may be contacted.
A statement that the complaining party has a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the owner of an exclusive right that is allegedly infringed.
All claims of copyright or other intellectual property infringement should be sent to the designated agent of KsAl Cloud:

Please note that this procedure is exclusively for notifying KsAl Cloud and its affiliates that your copyrighted material has been infringed. The preceding requirements are intended to comply with KsAl Cloud's rights and obligations under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), including 17 U.S.C. §512(c), but do not constitute legal advice. It may be advisable to contact an attorney regarding your rights and obligations under the DMCA and other applicable laws.
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, KsAl Cloud has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at KsAl Cloud's sole discretion, users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. KsAl Cloud may also, at its sole discretion, limit access to the Service and/or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Please also note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability.
